Autistic and Menopausal: Emotional Regulation

Menopause is a huge transition for anyone, and can be a time when autistic people benefit from extra support. Join AUScot's menopausal staff team to discuss how to manage emotional regulation. We will also have time for a brief Q&A with participants.

Being autistic and menopausal can be incredibly difficult - between sensory changes, emotional regulation difficulties and more, we can really benefit from some extra support and understanding. AUScot's menopausal staff and volunteers to discuss how why emotional regulation can be so difficult during menopause, and what we can do to support ourselves.
