Autistic Lunch Club is an opportunity to meet and socialise with other autistic people in a relaxed setting. Groups are held every second Wednesday from 12:30-1:30pm on Zoom.

Open to all autistic adults (no formal diagnosis is required, we support self-identification) who would like a chance to socialise and have a relaxed talk over lunchtime. Participants are welcome to eat lunch and/or enjoy a cuppa during the session.

Feel free to take part with your camera on or off and the chat function will be available for anybody who would rather use text-based communication.
